Softball Question

Yes, the 2003 RF.Net softball season is revving up. As such, I need to know some things. Please keep this thread on topic. This is not about how psyched you are to play, how great last year's was, or anything else. This is me asking real questions that can and will affect this year's game(s).

(1) How important is alcohol at the game? Some fields were passed over last year because we couldn't drink there.

(2) If you have a field near you that you think would make a good venue, contact me privately. We are looking to have 2 games this year, so we would look at possibly doing 2 different locations.

First off...alcohol is VERY important. (I need more of those yummy jello shots!!)
As for playing fields...Since there is a good mix from central/South NJ and also from Long Island I think trying to find a field either in North NJ or in Rockland County(where Dave and Busters is correct??) would be a good in-between location. I can always check my county and area to see what there is for fields and rules and whatnot. (If ya need me to that is)

One other thing that I think is really important, please do not have the game in the middle of the summer again. It was so hot that day it was uncomfortable just to stand outside.

Maybe earlier in the summer, or in late spring would be better.
