I was litenin to Ron and Fez on Friday, and I heard Harry Elvis' attempt to roleplay. Since he couldnt start a conversation for his life, I just wanted to know how yall start your conversations

Usually I go with 'How's it goin'?" and an upward head tilt coupled with a slight raise of the eyebrows. If I'm feeling especially saucy, I might try a "How you doin'?"

Sometimes I'll start with "Howdy!" it seems to help create a relaxed environment. Other times I'll start with good ole "Hi!" Depends on the person as well.

I usually lead with joke.

It cuts tension and keeps the conversation light.

Or if I'm in a room of people that are not really talking, I'll just turn to someone and say something like "HEY! Would you let me get a word in egde wise?!?! CHRIST! You never shut up!"

Uncomfortable silence it GREAT! I LOVE breaking it!
