I really, really can't wait to see "Confessions"... hopefully, it won't be a piss-poor adaptation like "Man on the Moon" was.

I watched on TV yesterday a Chuck Barris profile, and it said he was a very shy person. Is that why he wore those hats over his eyes all the time, or was it from a rumor I heard that he was aways stoned and hid his eyes from the executives ??

Recently, I got my hands on about 100 Gong Show episodes on VHS. I haven't laughed this hard in a long time.

The Gong Show was totally unwatchable when Gary Owens hosted it. Chuck Barris WAS the Gong Show on the screen and behind the scenes. <P>

Ron asked some great questions. You could tell he's a big Barris fan (as I am too). I'm interested in the CIA stuff too, but we didn't hear about that. I guess I'll have to read the book and watch the movie.
