Well no, I don't think you can
have a cleft scrotum, though
obviously I'm not a sack
doctor. The reason is that
imagine it this way: a little
blob in the uterus is
developing its gonads. To
make the urethra, that is the
tube that goes through your
penis (the one that the ring
goes through when you get
a Prince Albert), you sort of
have two ridges that grow
out and then fuse together
at their ends (so you get
that little line in your
scrotum, right?). So now
you have a tube but no
penis. The tube and the
penis grow out together,
and your testicles drop
down into your sack. If you
don't make that tube in the
first place, I think you can
end up with all kinds of
weird stuff down there, but
not really a cleft scrotum.
Like I think you can get a
urethra that comes out at
the base of the penis so
you have to pee from the
base of your penis, or you
can get a urethra that's like
only half there so it's like
exposed on the bottom of
your penis, all kinds of
unusual stuff, but for the
most part nothing that a
little plastic surgery won't fix
