Yes, it's a violation of the Silera rule, but I didn't want this to get lost in the shuffle.
Opie, Norton, and former Yankee Mel "Where the White Women At?" Hall appeared on a hot talk station in Dallas.
Said station is owned by Infinity, and Opie went on as "Gregg the Plumber".

Opie looks good, but Norton... whew... looks kinda stressed out.

I think referring to Mel Hall, on their website, as a former "great" is a bigger reach than calling Opie a plumber.

Why would they have Greg and not his more talented apprentice?

We all know how lazy Ant is...that Tin-Knocking job gave him a work=bad mentality.

Pics take forever and lil Jimmy does look flustered. "Greg the Plumber" looks like he has coke jaw in that first pic.

He must be the worst plumber ever. A plumber stops leaks , "this guy" gets brought in-and the floodgates open. He was taken out of the studio during the break when Nancy O'Dell (from Access Hollywood) was "guessing" who he was. Also a certain " Media King" does the AM show there. Go Figure.
and now the update "Plumbers Pix Pixilated". The electronic word travels fast.
The boys sure do know how to generate a buzz.

Did they really HAVE to block out his face in the pics? I mean, if I was just "Some Asshole" who happened to used to work for a radio station and got fired...I mean, did they legally have to do that?
And no, I have no idea why I care so much.

I was Reading the Post on the WNEW speculation, and apparently nobody had picked up on the "Greg the plumber" and Norton in Dallas. The pictures Loaded REALLY FAST, I think there slower now cause of the traffic
AND
Opie's face wasn't pixeled out, he had a kinda dufy look on his face. it's Definitly him to all those who are skeptical.

Is it just me, or is Opie ALWAYS wearing the same clothing? I guess that's what radio does to ya...
And Chris the Cop, I'm not trying to sart a fight or anything, but don't support that whole "Anthony is the talented one" bullshit. They're a team. They're both incredibly talented. We don't know what Opie does behind the scenes, but it would have been "The Anthony Show" if Opie wasn't an equal part of the magic.
Sorry to sound preachy, it just really gets my goat when people imply Opie isn't as talented just cause he doesn't do voices...

It's not the voices, but it was like he was only there jump on the guests and do the "shocking" things...I didn't dislike him, but I really don't think he ever really made me laugh. Anthony just had much better comedic timing, period, as shown by the fact he could be just as, if not more funny on R&F as he was on his own show. I loved Norton, too...he was like the perfect balance of both O&A. Opie was basically the straight guy of the team, so he had his part...

Mojo, I get what you're sayin', but there were times when Opie would make me soil myself laughing...
...but anyway, this is ronfez.net, so I suppose this discussion doesn't belong here.
