That's been happening since they were on in mid-days (late last year).
There was a thread about this before.. something about the show starting at 10:15 a.m.

Correct me if I am wrong, but don't they have from 10:00 A.M. to set up? Unless Lickass's voice is so anoying they can not stand to be in the building till he is off the air.
