You need a Photo Editing program like Adobe Photoshop or Jasc Paintshop to make one. It should be 100H x 300W in pixels that is.

Then you need a place to host it. If you have an AOL account, load it on your personal site and link the address of the picture to your signature option in your profile. It should be in the FAQ. Or contact a Mod. They're all really nice and should answer any other questions.

If you have no software, you can as someone to make you one.

Please don't ask me for anything though, because all you will receive is awkward silence.
