All I know is that the Chick's contract is up and that Don and Mike will be on live instead of tape. RF could be moved to evenings...who knows? I just wanted to wish the guys good luck no matter where they end up, that's all.

My guess is that Heckler is right. Don and Mike will be moving to midays. This way they won't be in direct competition with O&A. Not that they were on WNEW but the syndicated stations.
If R&F come on after O&A it will be a good thing for them. At least now they will have a lead in.

I think WNEW does all of this just to get its name in the papers. Follow this logic:

Last time the Radio Chick was fired, it made all of the papers and it had a lot of people talking. About a month or so later, she was back.

I think NEW is pulling the strings on a rumor mill just to get attention. Who really cares if Ron & Fez move from noon to 7 anyway. I think that they will keep their fan base and all will be better. Besides, it's a better chance for AFRO shows.
