Sean O'Haire's new gimmick...

Let's see... this is the first non-established WCW guy to get a video-produced push in the WWE.

His gimmick = amazing. It's like Jackyl to the nth degree, it's THAT cool.

The look rocks too. I keep on thinking he looks like an evil Brendan Fraser.

I've discussed the gimmick, and he's either one of three things...

1) A Frank TJ Mackey like speaker...

2) An enigmatic charismatic cult leader, kind of like a mix between Raven and Jackyl.

3) The Devil Himself.

Between him and Nathan Jones (G'day!) the young stars are looking bright.

Matty, not sure how to gauge Sean O'Haire's new and improved gimmick but I agree with your post.

I love the info he gives I must admit. Hell, why not cheat on your wife or significant other cuz it might improve your relationship! Give into your urges! Damn, that's some good advice.

I'm a huge fan of his since his WCW days but as everyone knows... the WWE will screw it up in the end.

I suggested that they bring the Rock back as "The Scorpion King" and feud him with Sean "Separated at birth from Fraser" O'Haire, but I don't think anyone's buying my booking.

I think they're suposed to be going with a "Devil's Advocate" type of gimmick. I like it. Any halfway decent gimmick that gets O'Haire a push makes me happy.

Scott Keith, of all people, brought up a good point: most of the WWE writing crew came from TV production backgrounds, so if they know how to do ANYTHING good, it's make promo videos like this one or the one for Jones.

Just like Dustin Rhodes' SEVEN gimmick mentioned in a past post. Looked promising and was killed before it began.

i totally agree i wasn't paying attention and looked up at the TV thinking i was watching a commercial, i seriously thought when did Brendan Frasier hit the wieght room.
