Music jams during Lykis yesterday

Ok, I was listening to Lykis yesterday
between 6 and 7 pm only because I
was on the train, finished my papers, and
there was no better entainment available.

I was surprised that during his riff on MLK
Jr day he was interrupted by music
throughout the hour. It sounded like
some Dead clone. It broke in randomly
with no explanation and it certainly didn't
seem that it was being produced from
Lykis's end in LA.

I thought it was a radio clue, and I was
curious to see how Infinity would market a
jam station, but nothing came of it.

Did anyone else hear this? What do you
make of it?

I Hear The Same Thing I Came In And Kept Hearing It Cut In And Out. And I Preparing For The Worst I Thought The Station Change Was Happening Rigth Before My Ears. Then The Ron And Fez Replay. I Got Worryed <P>

I heard him too...he was playing Hendrix over callers. I usually catch the last 15 mins or so of Leykis so I don't forget to turn on my buddies!! <P>

Thanks for the explaination, I was in the Poconos ,wondering if I could hear the boys, always iffy in mountains, couldn't tell if the station was flipping, someone was "funning"(radio clue talk and music), or some local station was playing a salute to jam bands.
