i know you NY kids dont want to lose ron and fez, and its not like we can just take them from you, because you guys are a huge portion of the entertainment on the show...but will we ever see them again soon?

I think the reason they're not going to D.C. is because Fez has Grand Jury duty every morning. Once that's done, I'm sure they'll be down there again.

So have no worries, theyll be in the Nation's Capital (more like Fairfax VA.) in a matter of about a week or two.
