I'm Still Not Used To The New Opening Theme

Maybe I'm too Old School, but I miss ICP's "Oddities" as the show opener.

The new theme never seems to go anywhere and ends too abruptly.

What do you guys think?

You know what, I like it. For some reason is has kind of grown on me too. I always enjoy it when thing are changed or become new for whatever reason. It can also be good to tell in conversation who became a fan when. Like, I became a fan during the Oddities theme right before BANOF II or something like that. I am trying to think of TV shows that did this but I am drawing a huge blank. This could also be a sign that the show is about to enter a newer greater era.

Did O & A ever have another theme before "Rage"?

I'm with Gvac on this one, the new song its OK but still everytime the show starts I am hoping for ICP to play again.

Ultimately, I don't care what song they open with just as long as a live show follows it.

I would like to be Devil's Advocate in this matter.

The new theme song has its positive points...
1. Since there are no lyrics in the theme it gives them a chance to play different drops...
2. Ron and Fez get a little more time to get ready instead of having to cut into the song...like with Oddities.

At the same time...I do miss Oddities. But we need to just learn to accept change and roll with the show as it changes and inevitably grows bigger and better.

I miss the old opening theme, but the new one is growing on me. One time I writing a short story and when the new theme came on I picture the guys in action movie something like pulp fiction lol

I liked the old. I like the new. It's part of the show's evolution. But I could not get used to the absence of cow and chicken.

yea i dont like it either. I really hate ICP with a passion, but i think "oddities" is a better opener for the show, the new one doesnt really have any "umph" and its slow and the ending sounds like the sound they play on gameshows to signify that the contestants time to write down their answers is up or something

It's from the movie (upcoming from Quentin Tarentino) called Kill Bill... I don't know the artist but I love it, and Ron and Fez have worked it into their intro perfectly over the last couple of weeks. I haven't seen it on IMESH or any of the other P-to-P sites yet.

The new theme is money like Jim Tunney. I liked "Oddities", and wouldn't mind hearing both. Since I'm no radio expert, I prefer to leave it to the pros; then sit back and enjoy.
