HK ever since my decision to move was made, Ive been getting this slight nauseous feeling, especialy when Im at work. I really cant figure out what it is. But it stops me in my tracks alot of times. If it is anxiety, should I seek help? Or should I just try to relax?

sounds to me like anxiety, i don't think you need help. though a good stiff drink doesn't hurt. it's normal to develop anxiety before you do anything that will have a dramatic affect on your life.

Sounds more like nervousness. You're going to have a big life change soon and although you'll undoubtedly do great in Florida, it is nerveracking to make such a drastic change. You should feel better when you move and the worries are behind you.

It can also be attributed to a symptom like "stage fright". Its like your body is trying to "get you out of it" by making you sick. Just keep telling yourself that the feeling is the work of a part of yourself that would rather not make the move. Its an attempt to keep you from making a life altering move. Dont give in to it! Just recognise it and continue your preparations for the move. The feelings will pass.

If it was anxiety you would most likely have chest pains and shortness of breath. Mine can last for days. One thing to try is something called square breathing... inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 sec. exhale for 4 sec. Do this until you feel more relaxed. You'll be fine! :)

Thanks Al Dukes Fan!

Common sense is not so common.

One caution about the breathing exercise. It takes a while to master. Some find that until they do, it makes them more tense. Some find they cannot breath properly with a 4/4/4 count. (I'm one of them). I prefer deep rhythmic breathing for relaxation.
