I used One-A-Day vitamins years ago, and have tried others from time to time.
Is there one brand that pretty much covers all that is needed better than others?

Someone gave me these "MegaMen Vitamins" from GNC a few weeks back, and I didn't care for them at all. They had a bad aftertaste to them. I also tried Men's Multiple from GNC and got the same result. So I guess what I want to know, is there another brand you can recommend. Is One-A-Day good, or Centrum, or ...
I'd like to get back into the habit of taking vitamins but I want to take the right kind, so I'd appreciate any suggestions you may have on this. Thanks.

Find one that dissolves well, most don't. to find out: pour a small cup of vinegar, put in a vitamin, stir. If it doesn't disolve within 30 minutes, it won't in your stomach either and all those nutrients it has will never get into your body.

Brand names are no better than generics. They are however, more expensive.

DarkHippie's suggestion is an excellent one, long used by dieticians and nutritionists. Make sure the vitamin disolves. If it doesn't, you're pooping it out without any value.

I agree with you on Dark Hippie's suggestion. I will try that, though I'm just wondering if anyone already has and knows of a good one.
