Yes indeed... but by the way he's talking, it seems quite promising that he will be back on in NYC before you know it. Also, I totally agree with what he said his fans said: It wasn't just the music that the fans loved about his show. It was about the interviews, the hang-outs, the presentation, and the passion that went into his show. Let's hope for the best.

I would be up at 1 in the morning on a saturday night, and there was just somthing that made me miss his show as much as ron and fez, even thought I wasnt a regular listener. I hope for the best of him, since he is being optimistic about his chances in NYC, so I hope I will be up at 1am hearing him talk to Piazza.

*UPDATE*Eddie just updated about 25 minutes ago. He hasn't mentioned any specifics, but he said he may be hearing a concrete answer on his future in NYC as early as this week. As long as Mike Piazza has anything to say about it, Eddie might be back on NY radios before you know it, so cross your fingers. And let's of course, as always, hope for the same for our buddays.

I take your point but it isn't just Infinity and Viacom the same behaviour is common throughout corporate America.

Each company "marches to the drum" of the shareholders not the consumers.

Take a look at the employee relations record of Clear Channel communications. If anything they make Infinity look "squeaky clean".

*UPDATE*Eddie updated his Trunk Report page last night, and promises to make a big announcement later today (2/14/03) about his future in NYC. Judging by his wording and enthusiasm, it sounds like he's closing in on a deal. Looks like metal fans will be getting Eddie back real soon! Let's hope the same goes for our Buddays!
