I'm so glad I went to Bar9 tonight and had a chance to meet some of the people from the show, and on this board. I didn't know what to expect, and was happily surprised by the gracious treatment I received from almost everyone. Special thanks to:

Ron - a class act if there ever was one. Hang in there, my friend. We'll wait for you.

DarkHippie - a genuinely nice guy who made me feel welcome and introduced me around.

Justin - ditto DarkHippie. It was nice meeting you.

Silera - sorry, baby, I'm blowing your cover. Yes, folks, she's really nice, despite how she tries to appear bitchy on the board.

Chairman Kaga - On the board, we're often sparring partners. In person, a gracious gentleman.

Mikey D - Almost nice enough to join on a ride back from Great Adventure.

StickyFingers - A cool guy with a hot girlfriend. I promise not to use statistics on you again. Poor humor, yes, statistics, no.

If I've neglected to mention someone, I'm sorry. But I felt a bit like part of a family tonight. A weird family, yes, a dysfunctional family, most definitely, but a family I'd be happy to be part of. Thanks to all.
