i used have a old ham radio like from the 40s old and i remember when i was a kid i could get signals from all over the world. Does anyone know if that will work to get a station from Wash DC and get R+F back in our lives? That could open the door to NY to help themselves to the signal.
BIG ASS CARD HOLDER 316006 r+f are gone. Al is still gay. and Billy is still a drunk. and a waste. and sad. I even miss Billy.

Sorry but ham radio works on a different frequency then fm radio. Besides fm is a line of sight reception. Nice try anyway.

Good thought, but signals that are above 50Mhz do not travel long distances. Below 30Mhz they can follow the surface of the earth or be reflected by ionization. At 106.7 Mhz they are basically straight line of sight. The higher the antenna & amount of power the further the signal will travel. AM station are below 2.0 Mhz and they can travel long distances when the condition are right. FM stations have specific areas that they can cover without overlapping into another market.
