you had a full 24 hours to wish me a happy birthday. it's bad enough i had to work tonight, but i come home all ready to read your birthday wishes and what? ooh an early one for gvac woo. who the hell is he anyway? you should all know by now i am the most important member of this board. and now you can all live with yourselves knowing of this terrible terrible disservice you have all commited against me. i hope you can all sleep well tonight :(

I am so sorry. I had your birthday marked down in my calendar, but I just didn't look at it that day. You are definitely the most important person on this board, that goes without saying. In fact, I would say that you are the most important person in my life, by far, and of course I am only one of many thousands who regard you this way.

I know that I can never forgive myself for forgetting your birthday, but I hope you can forgive me. That would ease the agony of my thoughtlessness somewhat.

i don't know, but i certainly shouldn't have to start one for myself. and i was gonna say too little too late, but that dewey fella went and wrote an essay. still, you've got a lot of work to do...
