Another tact in the battle to bring the boys back to NYC

I have chosen to take a different approach to communicate my disappointment with Infinity and its decision...

I am writing a polite note to each of WNEW's advertisers (former and current) informing them of my decision to discontinue use of their products until such time as Ron & Fez are returned to the air.

I'm skeptical that my direct letters to Infinity have been or will be read. There is no evidence that Infinity cares what my opinion is. I do believe that Infinity cares a whole lot about what its advertisers think.

If Infinity won't listen to me, I'll bet the will listen to the companies that supply them with revenue.

A little help would be appreciated...please post the names of the companies or products that advertise on Infinity. That way I can know where to address my letters.

He was promoted by RnF as they were his lead in. I think letting him know NY fans are disgusted couldn't hurt either.</b></font color=navy></font size=3> <P>

Another excellent idea, but how about also getting those advertisers to also pledge sponsorship to Ron and Fez on ANOTHER station in NY.

I think radiochick fans use this method to get her back on WNEW, I think it worked she did come back for a while before going to Q104.3

Here's the problem- the advertisers on the show towards the end were NOT great advertisers. WNEW switched formats to attract BETTER advertisers, not keep the ones they have.

This does not need to be restricted to just Ron & Fez (or for that matter WNEW) sponsors. Any sponsor of Infinity is fair game.
