what is it? they serve it at the cafeteria at work and i have no idea what part to the turkey a paillard is! I'm suspecting its a fancy name they use to get us to buy it, when its really the turkeys ass or feet or something... I need to know!

Turkey palliard is a slice of turkey (typically from the breast) pounded until it's very thin. It's then cooked quickly to lock in that juicy flavor.
I found a website (The Virtual Chef) that gives you step by step directions on how to prepare it.
