If the boys end up moving down to DC I'm sure Earl would stay behind. He's a behind the scenes guy and works in promotions plus he knows how to run the board.
I'm pretty sure Earl is a lifer at WNEW...whatever the format.

I'm pretty sure that Earl, Tenacious C, Stifler, Ethel, etc. would all stay on at WNEW, since they are the promotions team.
Ron and Fez said there was NO ONE there in the halls... And Earl runs the board.
