Any of the girls I've tried to turn on to R&F almost always complain about the same thing: Fez's voice. They don't even give the show a chance, they just go on and on about how "annoying" Fez sounds until I turn off the show or throw them out of the car. Where are the crazy girls in DC? There's plenty of not-so-bright drunk girls around town, but if we drag them on, R&F will just end up with a show that's only tolerable if it's broadcast on E!. Can we organize some kind of "exchange" with NYC? You can have a truckload of videos starring Perrynoid doing his best imitation of a water pick for, say, a dozen R&F Babies.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe this "fear" of women in DC is the result of its close proximity to Northern Virginia. And of course N. Va is well known for its fear of all women except those that are relations.

The potential solution is to have the men of DC simply marry their sisters, cousins, aunts or mothers and then expose their new brides to the show. Within a generation, all men would be related to all women in the area and thus the fear of strange women would be resolved.

In the alternative, maybe Fezzy could donate a Harvey Milk statue for installation on the steps of the Supreme Court--like that "Rocky" statue in Philly. Or maybe a nice black velvet painting of Mr Milk could be donated to the library of Congress.
