Long ago on a radio show this came up and I now turn it over to you for an answer.

There are several penis enlarging products available on the market. Some chicks say size doesnt matter, and some say a bigger tool fills them up and feels better. The question I have is:

1) Why have no tightening pills found thier way into stores yet?

2) Way hasnt a good muscle control how-to book found its way to amazon.com yet ?

3) From a physcological standpoint, why dont a higher % of these same woman allow anal penetration?

Johneewadd - I don't mean to disillusion you but:

1. Pills, creams, suction pumps and even powdered rhino horns cannot permenantly enlarge your penis. Even viagra has no permenant effect. It just increases the flow of blood to the penis.

2. Penis size is much less of an issue in a relationship than just about everything else. Your skills as a lover is not contingent on having a huge penis.

3. Pills, etc to tighten the vagina would not work.

4. There are some methods that can effectively tighten the vagina and more importantly improve muscle control. The kegel exercise is probably the most well known. Following childbirth, while sewing up the episiotomy, many obstetricians refer jokingly to the last stich or two as "husband stiches." As Too Cute pointed out there are many books on this topic.

5. Regarding Ben Wa Balls in particular, they're a very old method of achieving very slow but very powerful female orgasms. 2 Ben Wa Balls are inserted into the vagina. inside each ball is a smaller ball that rolls around inside the larger ball. By rocking back and forth and focusing on certain body motions, an "earth shattering" orgasm can be achieved. In practice though, many women don't experience this effect. I think it's at least in part to the length of time that's needed to achieve orgasm with the Ben Wa Balls. A vibrator is much more effective.

I seem to recall that long term use of Ben Wa Balls can help with stress urinary incontinence. They can certainly improve vaginal muscular control - something that will enhance any orgasm.

6. If a woman (or man) either wants or doesn't want anal sex, it's not indicative of any psychological issue. Some like it, some don't.

7. If loose vaginal muscles are a serious issue for you, switch positions around until you find one you're comfortable with that allows the maximum penetration. (Lying down woman sitting on top facing the opposite wall - so her back is to you, is one option. Doggy style is also good for very deep penetration. Use a pillow under her stomach to make sure she's comfortable too.

Experiment to determine the way of contracting these muscles that puts the maximum pressure on your fingers. Make sure you experience a drawing up or pulling inward rather than a bearing down. When you have learned how to do this incorporate these exercises into your daily routine. First, rapidly contract the vaginal muscles as forcefully as possible and then release. Do this 10 times. Second, contract the muscles forcefully and hold for 10 seconds. Do this 3 times. When you're contracting your vaginal muscles make sure your abdominal muscles and buttocks are relaxed.

You can incorporate this exercise into your daily schedule so you do it often during the day. You might do these exercises when you comb your hair, brush your teeth, put makeup on, take makeup off, wait for a traffic light, ride in an elevator, watch a TV commercial or answer the telephone. The more you do the exercises the faster you will notice the results. Especially in the beginning it is important that you occasionally put one or two fingers inside the vagina to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly.

Johneewadd - I suggested sexual positions with greatest penetration if "looseness" was an issue, b/c typically, the vaginal muscles are tighter further in. The suggesttion was for your benefit, not for the benefit of your partner who can have very excellent orgasms no matter her vaginal muscle tone.
