Misleading product photos

I dont know how they get away with it... Fast food chains show these wonderful looking sandwiches.. then when you get one it is all droopy the letuce is wilted the macoroni's soggy and the chicken tastes like wood .. Ooops got of o a rappers deliight rant there.

Anyway Please dont tell me the letuce is wilted becouse of the heat , they show fancy leaf lettuce in the photo yet use iceburg lettuce on the sandwich.

Nothing in food advertisement is sacret anymore even on a box of devil dogs they show a thick layer of cream and in actuallity it is 1/3 as thick as they show.

How do they not get sued? If a car manufacture shows a vehicle then trys to sell you it with deformed wheels or a wilted paint job they have to make good on it when will we do something about this false photo frenzi?
