I understand age restrictions, but I have to say, if something is 21+ the 18-20 demographic gets royally fucked. because they waited patiently for that 18th birthday of theirs and now get shafted for it. They suck, but are needed. So why don't they just have it 18 plus, unlike most of WNEW's classic gigs that were 21+

I totally agree with you hkysk: I am appalled that an age limit would prevent you from mixing it up with those of us that are over 21. <P>
I suggest that the next RnF event be a Draft Registration. Not only can you attend, but you'll add to our country's readiness for war. This way, when President Bush calls you to patriotic duty, you'll help protect the world from the Axes of Evil. With a picture like that on your post, I predict you'll be infantry! <P>

I think that they should just do it like they would do at a club where if you were going to be drinking, you'd have to get a hand stamp or bracelet or something. It sucks that fans under 21 have to be left out.

It makes perfect sense to me why a person who draws a penis on a radio station sig-pic needs access to beer. :)

HKYSK8R07 - Most places that serves alcohol have age restrictions b/c it's easier to card people at the door than to have the bartender card people before every drink.

This was an event that was put together quickly, and the Hard Rock was the ideal arena. Perhaps when Ron and Fez come back to NY there can be an all age event.

(And you might want to talk to a few of the other underage members about how they spent the evening.)

The only way that underagers (such as myself) could goto events at a bar, are if they card before drinks. If its a show run event, not by the board, there may be exceptions, ala you wear a wristband identifying you as underage.

That is upto the show, or the place the event is being run. But im sure you could always get a fake ID.
