It does help to curb the appetite and boost energy - but you should also alter your diet and try to excercise - NO diet works without incorporating these factors.

I have lost over 20 Lbs so far...but it has taken a month now....and I am still losing. (yay)

If you do take it just be careful, as it contains ephedra and can have an adverse affect on your heart rate. If you take drugs or inhalers regularly for Asthma - do not take Trimspa.

Just be smart and don't expect a miracle overnight.
