I guess theyre pretty much the same. My parents have DTV, its a nice setup.
I had DN at an old apartment it was about the same.

direcTV is better.. I dont have dish network and never will but nothing beats hacking a satellite...Need i say more??

I got Cablevision...ugh!

I think the best thing out there is Time Warner Cable, but to answer your question, I think Direct TV is definitely better than Dish

I have dish network and am very satisfied with it. I do know that DTV offers the YES network and dish does not. Dish now offers the NHL center ice package.
