see i had this image that was very boring and never moved - it just stayed still like any other image...then one day i got it all liquored up, the next thing i knew i it was all movin' around and stuff - you could say it was "animated"

i could help you with making an animated sigpic, but then i'd have everybody and their brother asking me to make sigpics, sigpics everywhere i'd go, i'd go to the mall and the little tarts in their tight jeans would be chasing me begging for a small taste of my sigpic. for them i'd do it. but i don't even know you.
have you even thought of the ramifications of owning an animated sigpic? i bet you haven't, you'll get one, you won't know what to do with it, then it will grow out of control and then you'll forget to feed it one day. next thing you know, dead sigpic, i don't know you enough to trust you with the responsibilities of caring for a animated sigpic. i had a friend who i loaned one of my Sim's, a few days later it was lighting fires, eating bacon and posting all sorts of weird topics on messageboards. i can't allow something like that to happen again, sorry.
