Seriously, why do NONE of your links ever open in a new window? It's very odd...

furie, add
target="_blank"
to the end of the HTML code for your links.
It'll make them open in a new window.

Damn Furie, great Flash Gordon reference and Sig Pic. One of the most underrated movies of the '80's with a great (as usual) Queen soundtrack. Nice!

From the article (and one linked to it)
Professor Sami Al-Arian...was arrested Thursday in an early morning raid by the FBI and Joint Terrorism Task Force
The indictment alleges Al-Arian made wire transfers of tens of thousands of dollars to Palestinian Islamic Jihad and relatives of the group's members jailed for their involvement in terror attacks in Israel and Gaza in the 1990s.
"We make no distinction between those who carry out terrorist attacks and those who knowingly finance, manage and supervise terrorist organizations," Attorney General John Ashcroft said.
Al-Arian had been in a battle with the University of South Florida to keep his job after a tape became public showing him shouting "Death to Israel" in Arabic.
Gosh, what a shocker.

The MASSIVE University of South Florida connection to terrorism was already pointed out in the book "American Jihad", which came out last year...yet people are only acting NOW? If what else is in that book is true, we ARE doomed...

USF has a rather large muslim F-1/J-1 population. The school was closed in late '95 due to bomb threat. Someone sent a letter to the editor of our school paper claiming that he was going to blowup a building as well as kill a female proffesor. he gave a date, during finals when this was going to happen. The FDLE took this threat seriously, even though the FBI didn't. It's a good thing they did because the authorities found a male turkish student with a half assembled bomb in his dorm. I think his RA turned him in.
I remember showing up the day the bomb was to go off, and getting stoped by the cops. I told them i HAD to drop off a paper to my prof, and it was due that day at the latest. nothing like waiting to the last minute huh? they searched me and my car, then drove me to his office in a cruiser.

There's pictures of this guy hanging out with Dumbya during the 2000 election. Boosh nicknamed his kid "Big Dude".
Another of his kids was refused admission to the White House about a year later when Dumbya was having some briefing for a bunch of Muslims the Republicans decided to suck up to.
There was a big broohaha and Boosh sent them a letter of apology and thanked the accused terrorist's wife for a book she sent him.
Right now the White House is making a frantic attempt at damage controll.
