I can't believe this motherfucking stiff still gets a push, much less a monster push and the gold. This raving douche thinks HE made the WWF what it was/(is?). Well I guess we saw in one PPV where he belongs, as Rock and Austin were wrestling in the main events. Think of that Austin pop tonight, think of Hogan's last year, think of Rock's last June after Austin left, think of Mick Foley the night he won his first title. How about Ric Flair or Shawn Michaels' biggest pops? Picture, if you will, Bret Hart ever stepping back into a WWF ring.
Has HHH EVER generated anything like that? EVER??? Moreover, could he EVER??? The man would have to be dead for 3 days and walk out and Pedigree Osama Bin Laden to get a pop like that. He simply sucks ass as a main eventer, and the decline of the
WWF starts with his rise. And now, when the shit has obilverated the fan, who does Vince run back to? Austin, the Rock and Hogan. He'd run to Goldberg if he could too. HHH has never been anything better than a midcarder, because he couldn't get anyone else over. THAT'S what a main eventer does. That's what Rob Van Dam does, but he's held back.
I think what really galls me, and the reason I'm posting this, is because of the way Austin was handled. First off, off a major injury, which not too many guys had returned from, HHH made sure he was inserted right into that angle, and after Austin went heel at WM 2001, it was like he was HHH's buddy. Who's idea do you think that was? Do you think Austin said, wow, it'd be a great idea if I was backing up the guy who arranged my attempted Murder 2 years ago? And then we flash forward to the last year. Jean Paul McMahon has the gaul to talk about who's laying it on the line for the company, and who's doing right, and how Austin leaving wasn't doing right by the Fed. And he went on to say, how can Vince bring Austin to investors when he's obviously so unstable(ie: he could leave at any moment). Of course, he leaves out that Austin GAVE A SHIT about the product, and didn't want to be involved in this pure garbage that's been WWF writing for nearly 3 years. Austin took this company from the brink of bankruptcy, to the biggest Wrestling company in history, and made most of us 20 somethings and older come out and admit we watched wrestling because he was too cool to deny. HHH was a SMALL part of that, in a FACTION. He was never driving the bus, and it was only when the drivers laid down for him, did he get ANY status.
I don't know how Vince misses RVD and Angle as the PILLARS of the next WWF generation. HHH meanwhile had people WALKING OUT of the Skydome last year during his face push main event, because they didn't give two fucks, because they had seen who they wanted to see, once again, the Rock, Austin and Hogan. I'd add Foley and Hart to this list as Icons that still go. HHH isn't even on that second tier that would include Flair, Michaels, Warrior, Piper and Savage.
I hope that orange tan prick goes to bed in a Best Western and takes a Mr. Perfect nap. Why do the good ones have to go? We have no more Perfect, Rude, Davey Boy, Pillman and Owen, but the man who sniffs Stephi's panties still gets to spit his water. That fucking pussy. Take your shitty Horsemen rip off group and stick it up your ass, you fucking jerkoff!
