Ken Steves (general manager ) and Jermey Coleman (program director)) were shown the door last week...

Gloria McDonough-Taub was senior broadcast producer at MSNBC. She has no experience in radio. As per the site "Friday Morning Quarterback" - "The hire lends credence to the rumors that [WNEW] will be more of a lifestyle station, and not rely solely on music."

i'm hearing it would be an "entertainment" station that would have entertainment reports on the news stations (880 and 1010) as well as the wfan (i guess when jeter ends up on page 6.

I think she'll be gone within a couple of weeks of the new station, considering how fast these positions changed when stevens and coleman got suspended, and also since she has no radio experience.
