Care? more than is healthy. this is a very sad day to me. i am a devout buffy fan, and have been since its inception. for the past seven years, buffy has been the most entertaining and well written shows on tv, in my estimation. i feel truly dejected.

I actually started getting into this show last season. I'm kind of sad to see Buffy leave Buffy. But, no matter what, they better end the show with her, too. Dawn the Vampire Slayer would totally suck.

Angel better stay on the air, though. Just without that annoying kid...

Buffy is my favorite television show right now (even more than Smackdown), and easily the best written show in a long time. I care, but I think that Joss Whedon can work around it, maybe pass the slaying over to Faith (Eliza Dushku).

The good news is this season is their best in a long time and it won't be going out lamely like the X-files. I have read that they might start a new series with Faith as the slayer. Seven, youare so right she was much hotter with a little more weight. God damn Hollywood!
Angel is also very close to being canceled. The very pregnant Charisma Carpenter does nothing for me. Joss Whedon is a terrific writer and I hope Firefly gets picked up byUPN/WB in its place.
