Ahhh nobody beats the greatest spy of them all...Dusko Popov. During World War Two, he was a double agent who worked for British Intelligence and provided false information to German Intelligence (something of a misnomer in World War Two). He also reported to the United States of Axis interest in Hawaii but he was ignored. Popov was a high-living playboy and Ian Flemings model for James Bond.
