Who should be Brock's opponent at Wrestlemania?

With Wrestlemania, just 3 weeks away and Angle out in one of the main events, who will step up and wrestle Brock Lesnar for the title.

Some of the people I have heard or read about are:

Chris Benoit-currently tag teaming with Rhyno. WIll Probably wrestle Team Angle at Wrestlemania.

Undertaker-Good possibility. Looked like he was going to wrestle Nathan Jones. One draw back is both him and Brock are both good guys and historically Vince does not like that, even though Hogan vs Warrior was one of the better Wrestelmania events.

John Cena-Has a current feud with Brock Lesnar, but he is nowhere near big enough to wrestle Brock on PPV, nevermind the biggest PPV event of the year in Wrestlemania.

Hulk Hogan-Has a history with Brock Lesnar but Lesnar destroyed him on free tv and Hogan is wrestling Vince Mcmahon.

The Rock-Is now on Raw and will be the main event aganst Steve Austin.

HHH-would be a way of depushing Booker back to midcarder and also a way of getting rid of the brand extension in title vs title. For the HHH conspiracy theorists this match will happen and HHH wins both titles and holds the belt longer than Bruno Sammartino. In reality, I see this least likely because brand extension is not going away and you can say bye bye to any remaining ratings they have left.

A-Train or Big SHow- Ha Ha Ha! Funny!

Goldberg or Sting-makes the most sense if they can either one of them. A Goldberg vs Brock match would be huge.

Any other ideas? WHo would you like to see?

I think that Chris Benoit is the only other wrestler who can carry Brock to a good match. If not him, I go with Leaping Lanny Poffo.

The only one that makes the most sense is Chris Benoit, there's too many wrestlers that are currently injured. It looks like Raw is going to headline Wrestlemania.

I would LOVE to see Brock vs Cena but isn't Cena injured? It would take BALLS on the WWE's part to have a title match on the large scale at WM.

I like the Chris Benoit factor because that seems to be the only feasable match. They could easily do it up as face vs. face and make it work. It looks like angle will be facing Lesnar at Smackdown next week and there will be the title drop. I am not sure how known it is throughout the WWE fanbase that Angle is injured unless they just play up the injury angle after the match.

One other thing I see, and they would have to rush it but it could work if they do it right, would be to have a screwjob ending to the Angle/Lesnar match next week and formulate a tournament (quickly) and match up Lesnar and Benoit. That could work and be exciting at the same time. There is so much young talent on the Smackdown roster (I HATE that by the way, the split STINKS!) that a tourney would be exciting as shit.

I hope they do the right thing and Angle being out is AWFUL!

Benoit seems the most logical choice but they were pushing him with Rhyno for the tag Team Belts against Team Angle. Could Benoit wrestle both matches in one night? Have him win the tag belts and go for the wwe title in one night.

If it was a minor PPV, Cena might be a good choice. But this is Wrestlemania. The number #1 wrestling event of the year. Supposedly the best card, the most hyped, the most important event of the year. Cena is good but not yet good enough to wrestle one of the 3 main events.

It will either be Benoit, Undertaker or Goldberg if they sign him. And Brock should turn heel in the next week or 2 to make it face vs heel.

Eddie Guerrero should get the shot, this man has consistently been a great performer in the ring and out since his return to the WWE. He is regarded as one of the best if not the best worker in the WWE. He also has a decent fan base. If I was in charge of having to fix this unfortunate situation I would set up a Benoit vs. Lesnar vs. Guerrero Triple threat match and have Chavo interfere in the match knockout Lesnar with a chair and have Eddie hit the frog splash and get the 1-2-3 on Benoit setting up a fued between Guerrero and Lesnar.
