3 Doors Down: Crappy band/ Great F'n Video!

I was flipping through the music channels the other day and I caught the video for 3 Doors Down' "Love me when I'm Gone"

The video (and song apparently) is a tribute to our armed forces and I interpreted it as a tribute to the country in general, and the freedoms we have to fight to protect. This band, while still crappy in my opinion, gained about a thousand points on the Respect-O-Meter.

I've yet to see the video or hear the song, but I do have one of their albums with that song "Kryptonite" and they arent that bad of a band. I like em, theyre cool.

Every time I see the video, I'm usually worried about somethin, like getting a project done, worrying about work, etc. Then I see it and just remember, "Fuck, what I'm doing doesn't compare to what a lot of people are doin for us"... its cheesy, sad, sappy, but I pray that my friends over there get home okay... =
