flirting is one thing...that's ok when appropriate and
done appropriately. You'e in a different environment,
and you will find a way to change with it.
I work at a school. I flirt with the teachers, they flirt
with me...it's fun and we all hang out after work every
once and a while, but we do it with tact, and we don't
cross over any lines in that type of workplace.

as i've said a million times before, i love my job, and i love that attractive guys work there and flirt with me. granted, i wouldn't mind if some of the guys went a little further than flirting, but reality sets in on the complete wrongness that would be only because everyone is in everyone else's business. kinda like this board :P

They made us view a CD-Rom this week: "Sexual Harrassment" training. In a nutshell, this is what I learned:

If you're a guy, you're guilty. We know what you're up to...looking for sex 24/7. Leave us girls alone. Don't look at us. Don't think about us. Anything you say or do is sexual harrassment. So leave us alone. Let us come in late. Let us leave early. Let us disappear for hours at a time. If we fuck up, keep your mouth shut. Otherwise, it's sexual harrassment. Be guided accordingly.
