and let me tell you, some of those moves are extremely dangerous... but then some are straight up show holds.
see, this is one reason why i have a hard time watchin the wwf now.. is that i do the real form of it, and they are putting on real hooks(submissions) that would tare your leg out...
IE: STF..(step-over toehold/front facelock) or (submission through fear). that move will actually tare your knee apart, could break your back and snap your neck... but usually the person taps right as you grab their head.. it is that painful... or just the normal stepover toehold... extremely painful.
kurt angle's "ankle lock" isnt an ankle lock. it is a stopper toe hold. and that thing will snap your foot in about a good 3-5 seconds after that hook is locked on... not 30 seconds and the rock then crawls to the ropes to be free'd.
i can go on and on about this stuff... but check it out... its fun and cool shit... i plan on doin, well planned on doing more nhb/mma fights... but i just blew out my knee and i have no clue whats wrong ... so i think i shoudl just hang it up.. but i will continue to train.. oh yes
