How about an IMAGE button in the Quick HTML area of the response screen?

I'm so sick of the IMG SRC thing. I type it like 20 times a day.


We ALL use a lot of pics in our posts. And every few weeks there's a newbie asking how to put them in the posts. So why not just have a button that brings up the little HTML formula where we just add the address of our pic?

Anyone interested in this little time saver? I think it's a good idea......

Seriously though, wait, I wasn't being serious? I say that would be really cool. I have only been using the IMG SRC in the case where I have to shrink down a picture. I always use the thinger.

I agree Moe, though what I do is keep a .txt file on my desktop that I created Notepad. It has all the codes on it, when I go to rf.net I open the file and then flip to it to copy the code when I want to add something. It's an extra step but it saves from having to type the code every time. Just copy, paste, and insert.

Dammit! I'm not even smart enough to have figured out how to do it that way. I've been typing on the code every time. I, too, would like to see a button for the code

I have a better idea. Instead of even bothering with subjects, present three text boxes, asking for the header, footer, and body of your message.
Than the post could be assembled like this:
