Who is the new signed TNA talent?

After the show went off the air, Jeremy Borash announced to the soldout crowd that a new star had been signed by NWA/TNA and according to this person's contract will be given a NWA World Title shot. When this wrestler will appear is unknown as of the moment. Stay tuned.

So I pose to you the question, who do you think is the new superstar guaranteed a World Title shot?

a) Mike Awesome: former ECW World Champion

b) D-Lo Brown: Is he main event caliber? He was the first WWF Eurocontinental/Intereuropean Champion.

c) Sting: It still is a possibility.

d) None of the above? Who do you think?

I'm betting it is Awesome or D-Lo myself.

I hope it's Awesome...not that I'm a huge fan of his, but Sting hasn't been interesting in more than 5 years & I don't think D'Lo fits into any fed's World Title picture.

I wouldnt be surprised if D Lo was given a title shot. Ron Killings was NWA world champ and he had a horrible WWE gimmick

I never even thought about Scott Hall. But, since he's the only one unemployed, he would have to do it Lone Wulf style. Anyone know what he's up to right now? If he was back in Florida wrestling for his old pal Dusty, it makes sense he might wind up in TNA before long.

Alot of signs point to Sting at this time. There has been alot of talk about him joining TNA. I personally think it would be great to see him on TV again. I saw him on a recent WWA PPV and he was in phenomenal shape. Unlike that fat ass Lex Luger.

I think its either D,lo or Sting. I think D,lo would kick asss. Truth was not a main eventer when he started off in NWA, he sucked ass when he got there. Now he is a former NWA champion, and the first africian american NWA champ in its existence. D,lo is a lot better than when Truth started, so i think its just a matter of time before he wins the title. As for sting, i hope not. He has held so many world titles, i think that a newer champ is needed. They should give someone like AJ , Lynn, or Raven a chance to carry the ball for the company. People that are not so known for world title reighs like sting is. But what do i know.....

There was a promo before he appeared and it was like war footage with Castro like stock film. The promo talked about: being oppressed, captivate for 5 years but now he's FREE! Then he appeared to a huge pop from the TNA Asylum!

He greeted the crowd warmly and was pondering what he would say when he got on live television again. People asked him what he would say about the WWE and D-Lo said that by the reaction of the TNA crowd, "those sons of bitches don't mean a damn thing to me!" *nice pop*

He paced back and forth and said that he was screwed in the WWE. They thought that he was not good enough (What?)? He commented that he was the "hottest commodity three years ago"! He was wronged! He said he was tired of the "backstage politicking!" He no longer wanted to be stuck in the "glass ceiling." So he went to TNA where there is a level playing field. He ended his solid shoot by saying emphatically,

"I will be nothing short but a bonafide superstar in TNA!"

As D-Lo Brown was about to exit the ring, Sonny Siaki theme plays and he appears in the ring. Sonny introduces himself as "The Ace in the Hole" of Sports-Entertainment Extreme and shook D-Lo's hand. He wanted to know if D-Lo wanted to join "S.E.X., the elite".

Similar to what Jonah said, D-Lo said that he doesn't need to be in a Kliq here. "Thanks but no thanks."

Sonny said it was cool and that he made his decision. Then, he started talking about D-Lo's racist angle in the WWE and said that D-Lo must be a "stupid ni.." Before he could utter that derrogatory word D-Lo slaps him, delivers a scintillating Sky High and finishes off Siaki with a solid Lo-Down!

D-Lo Brown is in TNA now and he should get the respect he deserves. He already has a title shot guaranteed and a feud with Siaki would be a solid starting point.

PS: When Sonny Siaki entered the ring, I was waiting for D-Lo to say, "Why are you trying to be a Rocky wannabe?" Dammit, nothing!

Can Mark Henry be far behind? D'Lo has never been a favorite of mine, but he should be a quality addition to this roster if used correctly...I just still can't get over the thought of D'Lo with a world title strap.

The best thing that can come of this is D-Lo teams with "The Truth" to win the NWA World Tag Team Titles. God knows there will never be another World Heavyweight Champion that is a ni...uhhh nevermind. Wait I sound like Sonny Siaki. Wait now I sound like him ::gets smacked in the mouth::
