It just occurred to me that most of the DC callers who call the show now and say "shake it up" probably have no idea who Scott Ferrall is. Too bad.

P.S. Yes, I know that several years ago, Ferrall's syndicated show, "Ferrall on the Bench" was on late nights on WJFK, but it wasn't on very long, and I don't think it did particularly well.

Ferrall was on JFK before the boys were and got bounced a loooooooonnnnnnnnnnggg time ago.

ive seen that crazy coked out baffoon on espn and cnn doing interviews AND remember him from wjfk..
he is pretty well known down here in dc i think.
he knows his sports, and i thought his show was ok.
it;s no paul harvey but eh, what do i know,

Ferrall's show was pretty big everywhere. I don't remember him using "Shake it up" until he was with WNEW.
