I really want the job and Im willing to do what ever it takes to get it.

Tell the interviewer regardless of sex that you are into oral sex. That is a sure fire way in.

Do you have an suggestions on how to appear Stong and will to do what ever it takes to get this job?

Wear a muscle shirt...you will look strong as all hell in it. And mention you will not mess with boss' daughter

Ask about how strict their policy is on employee theft.

Join an online job hunting community, like Monster.com, Yahoo!-HotJobs.com or CareerBuilder.com

In addition to the job listings, which can be sparse and/or useless, they have articles written by professionals who help people get jobs every day.

Most of the basic ones are on INTERVIEW TIPS. They cover appearance, ettiquette, questions and research. Use them.

Also, remember to do your homework on the company. Visit their website, check out a trade journal or something so you can be familiar with what you're getting into. It may also give you ideas on questions to ask the interviewer so you can demonstrate your interest without sounding desperate.

If you have friends and/or family around you, have them help you practice - eye contact, question time, etc. - and prep a variety of basic questions so you can pull your answers out and sound thoughtful, but still be quick about it.

Last, GOOD LUCK! It's tough out there! :)

i haven't been on too many interviews, but i did just have one a couple of weeks ago. the best advice i can give you is:

- know your resume cold. i'm not saying that you (or anyone) lied on it, but there may be things on there you haven't really thought out. be prepared to answer any question they might ask from what you've written - this is their main source.

- read up on the company (as was already mentioned). they very well may ask you something like "why do you want to work here?"... you need to be ready to answer that. and, on a related note, be prepared to ask them at least one or two questions, probably about the job itself, and what it entails. at the end of questioning you, they will likely ask you if you have any questions for them. you don't really want to say no.

- try to relax, but not too much. obviously, you don't want to come off as being too nervous, but sometimes people make the mistake of being too confident. they watch your body langauge in addition to what you say... i once spoke to an interviewer who had someone come in and sort of lean back and drape his arm on the back of the chair. she just threw his application out as soon as he walked out. be confident, not cocky.

good luck!!

Here are a few suggestions:
Be prompt for the interview, dress neatly and wear clean clothing. Have some knowledge about the company, including when and why it was started and whether it's current business is the same as when it first began. Show interest in the interview, but of course, do not fawn. Answer questions honestly and as completely as possible. If there was a gap in your work history, prior to your current job, be prepared to explain why. You'll most likely be asked why you want to leave your old job. Have an answer.

AG, good luck on your interview.

I do a lot of hiring and my main piece of advice to you is to
take charge of the interview. Make it like a conversation,
not an inquisition. Be friendly and relaxed. Walk in
thinking: "Hey, if I don't get this job...big deal." Make a
personal connection with the interviewer and they will
love you. Have some questions prepared for the
interviewer. If nothing else, ask them about the details of
their benefits or what THEIR favorite part about working
for company X is. Doing interviews is pure drudgery and
unless it's a huge company and you are dealing with an
HR person, the interviewer has 100 things he/she would
rather being doing.

And, of course, do all the things Horde King and others
wrote. Be on time, dress appropriately, and be literate. I
wish I could show ya'll some of the resumes and letters of
inquiry I get. I hire for positions that pretty much revolve
around a high-level of intelligence and education and I get
resumes that are pure crap.

Oh, and don't ask about Megan's Law background checks.
