I did a quick search on google.

The chemical name for Creatine is methyl guanidine-acetic acid.

Creatine is made up of three amino acids - Arginine, Glycine and Methionine. They are combined by the liver to create creatine.

not as bad as ephedra but make sure to drink tons and tons of water because it puts a tremendous strain on the liver and kidneys

War is an ugly thing but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is worth more then his personal safety, is a miserable creature, and has no chance of being free unless made or kept so by the exertions of men better then himself - John Stuart Mill

i dont know too much about the stuff because i stay away from all that shit. What i THINK i know is that creatine, like any other steroid, causes your body to produce extremely high levels of testosterone. To make up for that, your body will then release high levels of estrogen. estrogen can cause ball-shrinkage as well as breast-growage. again im not suree if creatine does this or not.

Creatine is not a hormone or a steroid. It's a naturally occurring chemical found in your muscles. By taking additional creatine in the form of a supplement, your muscles have more energy reserves and fatigue less, enabling you to work them harder and longer.

You won't magically get bigger just by taking creatine; but you'll be able to lift more vigorously for a longer period of time.

creatine is not a steroid. it can be found in lots of foods but beef has the most. if you do decide to take it remember to mix it in warm water, not cold and drink lots of water.

Tuna fish has a lot of creatine in it also.

Even though I've taken it before my suggestion to you is to not even bother with it I dont think it been tested enough to know all the side effects.

The big knock on creatine (to my mind) is that when you take the supplement your body's natural production of it stops.
