There have been alot of great wrestlers who never reached the top.

Owen Hart. unfortunately passed away tragically. Could have been a main eventer

RVD. Hes worthy of being the champ but every time they try to push him, at the last minute they end up doing something stupid like having him tag team with Kane

Shane Douglas. Had a stupid gimmick as Dean Douglas

Chris Benoit. Also very deserving but I guess he doesnt kiss enough ass. (Technically never lost WCW world title)

Kinda makes you think when the #1 rapper is white and the #1 golfer is black

Al Snow, this guy deserved more than just being a hardcore, tag-team, and European Champion. Also, even though Chris Jericho won the Undisputed Title, he should have been champ way before that.

I'm not really partial to big men but there are several that never got their dues.
1. Big Boss Man 2. Bam Bam Bigelow 3. I know KANE has held the title but he definately deserves a reign of more than 1 day. 4. Andre the Giant. I know he did win the title but he gave it away as soon as he did. He definately deserved to win it more than that once.

5. Owen Hart 6. Ted DiBiase 7. Rick Martel 8. Mr. Perfect 9. Rowdy Roddy Piper 10. I don't if Jake "the Snake" Roberts was quite Heavweight title material but he was far too good to never hold a single title for the WWE/WWF.

To all you RVD fans, have you even seen this man in the ring, all he can do is jump and kick. He doesn't posess a single "wrestling" move in his entire arsenal. I have never seen a single suplex ar even a headlock from him that I can recall. And the mic skills are atrocious, he's a moron.

Last but not least, many of you may not think so now but watch out for Christian. Has great, solid in ring ability, is able to carry a match, and has superb mic skills. He's a future champion.

He was WCW champ. He was supposed to have won the WWF belt during his stint there at WM X. The original plan was that Lex Luger would pin Yokozuna in the first title match and then Bret Hart would pin Luger in the second and final match. However, Luger got drunk the night before Wrestlemania in a New York bar. The next morning an article in a New York City paper was published by a reporter that was apparently in the bar with Lex Luger. The article revealed the whole plan of Luger beating Yokozuna and then Hart beating Luger so WWF officals decided they needed a new plan and punished Luger by not giving him the title.

I still say that Chris Jericho deserves a chance at the World Heavyweight Championship. The Undisputed title doesn't count for me.

Uh, I read on the re-revued old PPV's on OnlineOnslaught.com that he won the title at least once from Yokozuna. I'll check later to get the exact PPV though.

He won a match against Yoko, but he did not win the title (it was a count out victory at Summerslam '93). The only guys Yokozua dropped the belt to were Hulk Hogan and Bret Hart.

Go ahead and check the title history... Luger's name is nowhere to be found.
