I'lll answer the question seriouisly.

Contrary to popular belief, Viagra doesn't cause errections and certainly not orgasms. It merely temporarily increases the blood flow going into the penis allowing an errection to be achieved and maintained.

In other words, Viagra works for people whose erectile difficulties are due to vascular problems.

If a person is phsyiologically unable to achieve an errection b/c of other conditions, Viagra won't help them.

Male babies get errections. They engage in masturbation. (It starts neonatally). Viagra won't affect them b/c (hopefully) they have no vascular problems. Similarly, it won't enable them to orgasm, b/c there is no physiological capacity to do so at an early age.
