True, they still have to pay the boyz...
But they will pay them less in the future being in only the DC market. And they have to pay extra to Leykis, or anyone else
they syndicate into this market.
Right now they have a skeleton crew and minimal expenses.
They don't need a whole lotta ad revenue to break even.
This is the reason behind the extended stunting, to stop or at least
slow the financial bleeding.

Considering it's been about 4 months of stunting, and all signs point to them using a very similar set list to what they've been playing now, I'd think they'd want to stunt their stunt a little before the April 10th relaunch. Do something a little different, maybe play WINS on FM, what with the whole war and stuff going on?
