they are showing it plenty - its all over the news.
its a disgrace and a shame that they are out there at all..the rally in tennessee is hopeful and positive - SUPPORTING our troops.

it WONT change anything these morons protesting the war, but at least it gives them something to do.

... Are you kidding?

We are at war, the country wants to know what's going on with the war.

They have been protests every day, and every day, it is mentioned in during coverage. I went to msnbc.com, and foxnews.com... the protests come up in the latest headlines section.

All day long, the protest in New York has been covered.

This seems kinda hypocritical... it's more important to cover the protest on the killings of innocents and military personal than to cover the latest on if anyone has died and how the mission is actually unfolding...

You are just as bad as he is. He calls people morons for not agreeing with him, and you call people who don't agree with you ignorant.

Huh? The protests are all over the news...hell, I've seen multiple reports on CNN (Bet nobody expected them "liberals" to get this one!) on the rallies that have formed in the Midwest to specifically support the troops...nobody's ignoring the protests...the war is just obviously the much, much, MUCH bigger news. Durrrr.

i dont get how being against the war isnt supporting troops. i'm against this war, and it's not like i want americans to die, i dont want anyone to die. maybe we should support innocent iraqi citizens by not bombing them

To be fair, I have seen coverage of the NY Protest, but mostly on ABC and NBC. And
there really are many more stories going on right now, that they have their plate full of
stories to ignore.

The mind-set of "if you are against the war, you must be for Saddam" is frustrating as
hell. There are plenty of good Americans who are scared as hell of what's going to
happen next. No one will argue that (a) Saddam is a bad guy or (b) we won't win the
war. What many of the protesters want is accountablity of what their government is
doing; what are the real motives. Why the rush to war? How come containment
couldn't work?

This is a turning point in American history - we are throwing away 250 years of what
this country is all about, and chastising citizens and neighbors for acting like the
founding fathers once did.

No, maybe the protests won't bring an end to the war, but people are making sure
their voice is heard - and it helps to send the message to the rest of the world that it's
the United States government who is doing this, and not all of the citizens.

It's more UnAmerican to question the patriotism of those who voice desent -
ESPECIALLY now.
