brushing your pussy cat

I have 3 cats and it's getting near the warm weather which means they have to be brushed...

i have this oval shaped piece of metal with a leather handle and the metal has little grooves or teeth that catch the loose hair, it works pretty well...

the cats seem to dislike it and i need to hold them down. it's amazing how much hair you gather...

so, how do you brush your pussy cats and how do they like it?

mine is like a regular hairbrush only with thin metal teeth or whatever you call those, almost like thick pieces of wire. and she loves to be brushed.
