Will your opinions (one way or another) change if Turkey decides to go in and claim the
Kurds for themselves, while our forces are busy in Baghdad? Since we have vowed to
go in there and protect the Kurds, is there a possibility that we might be fighting
Turkish forces in the very near future??

I'm pretty sure that they wouldnt do that because of NATO and the UN, they have no reason to attack or invade

A big reason we haven't seen the numbers of Iraqi's turning on Saddam and his hench
men that we thought we might is because many of them felt they were lied to after
the 1st Gulf War when we didn't protect those that helped us. We made promises -
they turned - we left - they were screwed.
