here is a perfect example of how Fox news manipulates infomation to grab headlines:
First, here is the fox story http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,82098,00.html nOtice how they never get the quote from the pool journalist who reported this, but they get quotes from everyone else.

next, here is the Reuters story:http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&ncid=578&e=2&cid=578&u=/nm/20030325/ts_nm/iraq_dc the far more realistic view is this quote
"We aren't seeing anything, we're just hearing reports that there are people who are appearing on the streets in significant numbers and who are essentially being less compliant with the regime than they are normally."
So fox news didn't break the story, they got the news from the pool and greatly exaggerated it for our media-tainment pleasure.

Every network is reporting this, I just happened to get that from Foxnews.com

CNN and the BBC's websites say the same exact thing.

Next time I'll post one of their articles if you'd like.

They spin everything worse than Fox does, though.
You just aprove of the way they spin it, that's all.

Anyway.
It's being reported right now that our troops are skirmishing with the Medina division of the Republican Guard.

They say it might be the biggest battle yet.

I just heard that 300 to 500 Iraqis have been killed so far, but no American deaths.
