Wow. That was one gutsy win. It seemed like whenever Ottawa turned it on, they dominated. The Devs hung on somehow. That was a hell of a game.

Was I the only one who felt bad when the Ottawa players pretty much died right after the horn sounded. Players were laying on the ice and hanging over the boards. It was kinda sad. I really don't want to face them in the playoffs next year.

I just hope the Devs have enough left in the tank to take the Ducks. I think so, this is why rolling four lines pays off in the end. If the Ducks are rusty and the Devs take Game 1, I like our chances.

Ok now the Devils are up 2-0 and have yet to allow a goal much less a shot on one.
Now I still say Devils in 6 <mostly because I want to try to get tickets to game 5>. But also as stated above you cannot take the Ducks lightly. I have a problem with the "Marty's better" chant. If he was facing the same amount of shots the Devils would still win, but methinks it will be more along the lines of 3-1 or 3-2.
Still...a win is a win and I will take it.

Wow, the last two games have been so great.

What a hit by Stevens, it was a little spooky to see Paul Kyria just laying there for about 10seconds then he finally lets out a breath of air.

Game 7 will all depend on luck. Both teams have shown they deserve to be here, but in Game 5: Devils had about 3 lucky bounces that gave them the advantage in the 3rd period.

Game 6: No difference, only the Ducks had the luck, missed the net, bounced around the net and right onto Rucchin's stick? That wasnt meant to be.

And boy, do I hate that ABC announcer, Chris _____. "IN THE BACK WE HERE DREAM ON, IS THAT WHAT THE DUCKS WILL DO? WILL THEY DREAM ON?" shutup.
